Account Information

When you sign up for Susie, we use Clerk to manage authentication.

• What Clerk collects: your email and sign-in credentials
• Where it’s stored: securely on Clerk's servers
• Why we need it: to let you sign in and save your therapy style preferences (not your chat data)

We don't collect any Chat Data

• We do not store your chats on any server.
• All messages and memory are stored only on your browser using local storage.
• You can optionally export or import your chat data between devices. This is handled entirely on your device and never sent to our servers.

2. Cookies

We may use essential cookies to for basic functionality, such as login. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

3. Data Security

• Your authentication data is stored securely by Clerk.
• Your chat content and preferences are stored only in your browser.
• We never share or sell your data with third parties.

4. Your Choices

• You can delete your local chat history by clearing your browser's storage.
• You can export your chat data manually and import it on another device — this happens entirely on your side, and is never sent to us.

5. Children’s Privacy

Susie is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be clearly communicated on the website.
